(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.82 dated 19.08.2019 under Sections 498-A, 376B, 377, 354, 34 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Rohtak, District Rohtak.

On 10.09.2019, following order was passed by this Court:- "Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is maternal uncle of Gurmeet who is the main accused in the case. Gurmeet has solemnized marriage with Seema and there was some matrimonial dispute between them. Since it was a love marriage and the marriage could not pull on well, the petitioner has been implicated in the case.

Meanwhile, till the next date of hearing, arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed."

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwan Singh, says that during the course of investigation, the petitioner has been found innocent.

In view of the statement so made by learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 10.09.2019 is made absolute.
