Petitioner,who was appointed as an ETT Teachers under Sarv Siksha Abhiyan and is working at Village Mansaindwal,Block Fatehgarh Churian, District Gurdaspur is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement and give effect to the communication dated 4.3.2013(P-1) issued by respondent no.2-Union of India,Ministry of Human Resource Development,Department of School Education and Literacy i.e. to desist from creating separate service arrangements and from discriminating the teachers appointed under the Sarv Siksha Abhiyan Scheme. Vide order dated 23.4.2018, Mr.Anupam Singla,Standing Counsel for Sarv Siksha Abhiyan Authority,Punjab was directed to assist in the matter.
In compliance, Mr.Singla has put in appearance and states that the matter involved herein is squarely covered by judgment dated 11.3.2016 rendered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Kartar Singh and others v Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.05.16 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP 8147/2018 State of Punjab and others (CWP 4060/2016 decided on 11.3.2016) whereby identical claim of the petitioner therein was declined. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the contention raised by Mr.Anupam Singla.
In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in the matter.
