(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Commission to accept the petitioner's application form for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Sociology. 2.

It is not disputed at Bar that closing date for submission of application form was 20.08.2024, and the candidates were permitted to submit the same with effect from 23.07.2024. The petitioner, however, has approached this Court after the closing date. The issue already stands decided by this Court vide judgment dated 21.08.2023 passed in CWP-17876-2023 titled Pardeep and another v. State of Haryana and others, that closing date notified for submission of applications is not to be disturbed/extended. 3.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 4.
