(ORAL) Letter bearing No.305 dated 16.11.2024 has been received from the concerned Family Court, SAS Nagar, wherein, it is stated that the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA-224-2023, which is sought to be transferred, has since been dismissed in default. In view of the contents of the aforesaid letter, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
