The present appeal pertains to the year 2016. On 09.07.2025, the following order was passed :

"None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants on 20.10.2023. Thereafter the matter was not taken up due to heavy Board. Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 14.01.2026.

It is made clear that pendency of the present appeal shall not be an impediment in the continuation of the proceedings before the Executing Court, if any." 2.
