(ORAL) At the outset, a pointed query was put to the learned counsel as to how the instant petition was maintainable under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. since the petitioner was impugning the order dated 22.05.2023 (Annexure P-4) vide which she has been summoned under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.
