(ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking direction to the respondents to protect the petitioner's life and liberty, as also to ensure judicial appraisal of the sealed envelope containing transnational disclosures, including UK judicial records and covert evidence relevant to prosecutorial integrity. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner has not approached the respondents so far with any grievance regarding threat to his life and liberty. He also contends that the petitioner has filed a sealed envelope before the trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh by way of application no.IA-1-2025 and the case has been adjourned, vide order dated 08.05.2025 for filing reply to the informative petition/application. 3.

Once the trial Court is seized of the matter regarding the sealed envelope, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition on the same issue. Besides, so far as the prayer for protection of petitioner's life and liberty is concerned, he is still to approach the authorities concerned.
