(ORAL) Petitioner, who is appearing in person, submits that pursuant to the order passed by the National Green Tribunal, he would pursue his representation, filed before the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (respondent No.2), wherein he has requested the authorities to take immediate steps to remove the garbage/waste material from the green area behind T-1 Block, DLF, Phase-III, Gurugram.

Learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the State of Haryana, on instructions from Sunder Singh, Executive Engineer, Swachh Bharat Mission, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, submits that garbage/waste material would be removed immediately.

In view of the statement made by learned Additional Advocate General, present petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that this Court has not entertained this petition, for the remedy lies before the National Green Tribunal. And in case, any cause of action survives, the petitioner would be liberty to approach the National Green Tribunal.
