* * * * AVNEESH JHINGAN, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of notices dated 09.03.2018 (Annexure P-11).

The notices have been issued by the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sirsa to the petitioners to show cause that they are carrying on slaughtering and selling of meat in their premises without obtaining of license from the Municipal Council, Sirsa.

The petitioners have approached this Court without even filing replies to the said show cause notices. In case, the replies are filed to the said impugned notices, there is no doubt that the respondents will consider the same and proceed in accordance with law.
