The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release the outstanding amount of pension. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the father of the petitioner, who took premature retirement on 30.11.2020 due to his ailments, unfortunately passed away on 15.04.2022, however, neither the family pension nor Gratuity and any monetary benefits have been released without there being any justification, with regard to which, a representation dated 19.06.2025, Annexure P-6, has been submitted, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 19.06.2025 within a period of 3 MOHIT 2025.07.23 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-20671-2025 (O&M) -2months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
