(ORAL) CRM No.23339 of 2021 Prayer in the application is for incorporating Section 201 IPC in the head note and the prayer clause of the main petition. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Section 201 IPC is permitted to be added in the petition as prayed for. Registry to do the needful.

The petition fixed on 13.08.2021 is preponed for hearing today itself on an oral request of counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.46 dated 26.08.2019 registered under Section 376, 506, 201 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act registered at Police Station Women, Rewari, District Rewari. 3.
By an order dated 03.12.2019, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from DSP Hans Raj conveyed through SHO Seema Kumari submits that the petitioner has joined investigation. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 03.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
