***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to release the passport of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching a duly executed power of attorney, which is also embossed by the authority in India. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
