(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal in order to file an application in terms of provisions of Section 8 and 10 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1980 ('Act' for short) in the Court at Mahendergarh as the finding has been recorded by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rewari in the earlier petition filed by the appellant that the minor is studying in Geetanjali Senior Secondary School, Mahendergarh, therefore, the Court at Rewari has no jurisdiction in terms of Section 9 of the said Act.
