**** ANOOP CHITKARA , J . ( Oral ) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied in case, he may be permitted to file fresh application for premature release. He further prayed for directions to the authorities to decide the same in a time bound manner without influencing to the order of earlier rejection.

The prayer being innocuous, not opposed by the learned State counsel.

Given the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation for premature release within 30 days. In case, any such representation is filed, respondent No.3 i.e. Superintendent of District Jail, Faridabad shall decide the same within two months from the date of its filing by passing a reasoned and speaking order without influencing from the order of earlier rejection dated 13.10.2021. The order so passed be communicated to the petitioner without any delay. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
