The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia praying for setting aside impugned letter/order dated 13.08.2024 (Annexure P-12) issued by the learned District Development and Panchayat Officer, Hathin.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
