**** SURESHWAR THAKUR, J. (ORAL) FIR No.63 dated 10.05.2021, is registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa, therein offences under Sections 307, 120-B, 34 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act (added later on), are embodied. Mr. Beniwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of State of Punjab has fairly submitted, that after completion of the relevant investigations, the learned trial Judge has framed charges against, the accused, with respect to the afore offences, and, that also statement of one prosecution witness has been recorded. Furthermore, he fairly submits, that the condition of the victim is stable, and, that he is both mentally and physically fit.

Given the afore-made statement by the learned State Counsel and also given his further stating that the bail applicant is in judicial custody since the past six months. Therefore, it is not deemed fit and appropriate to prolong his judicial incarceration. Consequently, the bail petitioner is admitted to bail, and, he is directed to be released from RENU 2021.12.03 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-48992 of 2021 (O&M) -2judicial custody, subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge concerned, and, with an undertaking therein, that as and when he is required to appear before the Court, for any relevant purpose, he shall record his regular appearances before the learned trial Judge. Moreover, the bail applicant shall surrender his passport, if any, before the SHO of the Police Station concerned.
