(oral) Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 06.03.2024 and vide separate order of even date passed in CRM-M-43008-2023 titled as Jai Narayan@ Kalu Bhagat VS. State of Punjab and another, arising out of same FIR which is the subject matter of this case, has been ordered to be quashed.

In view of this fact as well as on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
