, -./ The petitioner had approached this Court raising a challenge to the communication received by him from the Haryana Staff Selection Commission whereby it was communicated that the recommendation of the claim of the petitioner cannot be made as the verification report of the State Sports Gradation Certificate appended by the petitioner alongwith the replication form is still awaited.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Haryana, however, informs this Court at the stage that the requisite Sports Gradation Certificate Verification report has since then been received by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and that appropriate recommendation shall be made in favour of the petitioner, on the strength of the verification report so VISHAL SHARMA 2025.07.18 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
