Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that in compliance of order dated 22.01.2019 passed in CWP-1734-2016, needful has been done and orders have been issued on 05.03.2020, copy of which has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, as such, instant petition has now been rendered infructuous.

In view of submission of learned counsel for respondent no. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
