This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to issue appropriate directions to conduct fair, impartial and proper proceedings by taking action on the representation dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner & his family members at the hands of accused persons i.e. respondents No. 4 and 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, Renu Rawat 2025.07.22 18.04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
