The petitioners are seeking a direction to the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty and her family members from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
