(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance raised in the present petition has already been made through the representation dated 02.08.2023, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-10 and the petitioners would be satisfied in case, time bound direction is given to the respondent to decide the same by passing appropriate speaking order. Notice of motion.

Mr. Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. He submits that in case any representation has been received in the office of the respondent and the same is pending consideration, it will be decided in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case after the decision of the representation, any benefit accrues to the petitioner, the same shall be extended to him expeditiously. Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
