Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Commission to declare the petitioner successful in selection list, having 68.4 marks in SC category against the cut off marks being 68.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.3. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide her pending representation, dated 12.08.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana., accepts notice and submits that the pending representation, dated 12.08.2024, will be decided by the third respondent expeditiously. 5.
