Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition the competent authority has passed order dated 22.03.2022 pursuant to impugned show cause notice dated 07.05.2013 (Annexure P-1). Appeal challenging the said order has already been filed, therefore, petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take all pleas as may be available to the petitioner before the Appellate Authority, in accordance with law.
