Order dated 15.02.2019, reads as under:- As per office report, Mr. Harpreet Singh Dhandiwal, Advocate has been informed by the Registry of this Court through e-mail but there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.

The registry is directed to send an intimation to the appellant to ensure proper representation on their behalf. List on 16.07.2019.

Office report shows that intimation letter has been sent to the appellants. Even today there is no representation on their behalf. It seems that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal. Dismissed for non prosecution.
