In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the matter apparently arises out of some matrimonial discord between petitioner No.3 Tarandeep Singh and his wife i.e. the respondent Jaspinder Kaur, the trial Court shall make efforts to probe the possibility of some amicable settlement and refer the parties to Mediation and Conciliation Center.

It is, however, ordered that the trial Court shall endeavour to fix the same date in the proceedings pending amongst the parties pertaining to an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and also the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act.
