Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner, for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to submit status report on the representations dated 30.05.2019 (Annexure P5) and dated 24.07.2019 (Annexure P6), respectively, filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representations dated 30.05.2019 (Annexure P5) before Director General of Police, Haryana and dated 24.07.2019 (Annexure P6) before respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Sanghi, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
