The petitioners are said to have submitted 'One Time Settlement' offer to the respondent-Bank regarding payment of over-due amount of `62.00 lacs and thereafter for payment of installments on regular basis. The petitioners are statedly ready to deposit a sum of `10.00 lacs alongwith said offer.

[2] Without expressing any views on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the above-stated offer made by the petitioners as per their Policy and take an appropriate decision before taking possession of the residential house.
