(Oral) In pursuant to the order dated December 02, 2014, learned counsel for the respondent has tendered a Demand Draft bearing No. "177388", dated 17.01.2015, in the sum of `50,000/-, drawn in favour of the appellant-husband, on account of return of the amount, which was received by the respondent in proceedings under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for brevity 'the Act'). The original Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the appellant and photocopy of the same is taken on record.
