(Oral) On December 16, 2014, while deciding the application filed by the respondent-wife, under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for brevity 'the Act'), for grant of litigation expenses, this Court had awarded an amount of `25,000/- as litigation expenses to the respondent-wife. 2.

It was pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent-wife that the said amount has not been paid by the appellant-husband so far. 3.

On a query being put to learned counsel for the appellant that as to why the said amount has not been paid so far, he candidly admitted that the appellant is not able to pay the litigation expenses in terms of the order dated December 16, 2014, of this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in view of the judgment dated 29th September, 2014, of this Court, passed in "FAO No. 7027 of 2014", titled as "Mohinder Verma Vs. Sapna", the appeal stands dismissed.
