(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-Haryana Public Service Commission to provide result of the petitioner, as well as that of the candidates of BC (B) category who cleared the preliminary examination held on 12.09.2021 so as to take the main written examination for Haryana Civil Service and other allied services dated 24.09.2021 (Annexure P-3) 2.

On advance service, learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent-Commission appear. They submit that the writ petition is completely frivolous, inasmuch as, what is sought herein is a mandamus, seeking declaration of result, which has in fact already been uploaded on the website by the Haryana Public Service Commission. 3.
