The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent-Authorities to carry out the demarcation of Khasra No.6//10/2 measuring 2 Kanals situated within the revenue limits of Village Gumtala Sub Urban, Tehsil Amritsar-II, District Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
