Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) submits that since the matter has been compromised between the contesting parties vide compromise deed dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure A-1), accordingly, the petitioner(s) may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petitions (CWP-20236-2024 and CWP-20603-2024).

At this stage, Mr. Parvinder Singh, Advocate appears and files separate Vakalatnamas on behalf of respondent No.4 in both cases in Court today, which are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions and has admitted the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by the respective parties, the present petitions (CWP-20236-2024 and CWP-20603-

2024) are dismissed as withdrawn.
