Instant contempt petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging defiance of direction dated 16.05.2025, Annexure P-1, passed by this Court. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondent. 3.

State counsel has placed on record a xerox copy of communication bearing No.49122, dated 14.06.2025, to submit that pursuant to direction, Annexure P-1, representation submitted by the petitioner has been examined and a speaking order has been passed. Copy thereof has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above, as direction, Annexure P-1, has been complied with, no contempt is made out.
