CRM-27609 of 2021 Vide this application, the applicants-petitioners seek to withdraw the accompanying petition which is one seeking quashing of the FIR in question.

Learned counsel submits that upon another petition having been filed seeking quashing thereof on the basis of a compromise subsequently arrived at between the parties, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

That being so, notice in the application is issued. Mr.Neeraj Poswal, learned AAG, Haryana, accepts notice at the asking of the court and submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed.

Consequently, the application is allowed.
