RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) CM-15257-CWP-2023 Instant application has been filed for impleading the Assistant Collector First Grade (Tehsildar), Patiala as respondent No.3 in the abovementioned writ petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Assistant Collector First Grade (Tehsildar), Patiala, is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.3 in the petition. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

CWP-19407-2023 Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide representation, dated 07.02.2018, Annexure P-9, and to implement judgment dated 16.04.2012, Annexure P-1, passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Patiala in Civil Suit MEENU 2023.09.13 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-9, has already been filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3, on 07.02.2018, but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Assistant Collector, First Grade (Tehsildar), Patiala, to decide the representation, dated 07.02.2018, Annexure P-9, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
