Counsel appearing for appellant Nachhatar Singh would submit that the appellant as well as the respondent have compromised the matrimonial dispute and as a result of which they have jointly preferred petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage before the competent Court and, therefore, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. In view thereof, permission is granted. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to revive the appeal, if at all, the joint petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the parties did not fructify.
