The present petition has been filed for quashing the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner eligible despite his merit i.e. he has not completed 15 years experience and by not recognizing his Diploma as valid diploma.

Learned State counsel submits that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered against the petitioner in Council of Secondary Education, Mohali vs. State of Punjab and others, CWP-36512009, decided on 19.12.2012, which the learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to controvert or cite any contrary law. 3.

Dismissed.
