Mr. Inderjit Sharma, Advocate for the respondent. *** RITU BAHRI , J (Oral) The present appeal has been filed for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2013 passed by the Additional District Judge, Bathinda, whereby the petition filed by the respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has been allowed. The marriage was solmenized between the parties on 31.03.2003. Thereafter, the respondent had filed a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage and the same was allowed and divorce was granted to the parties vide impugned judgment and decree. Feeling aggrieved against the same, the appellant filed the present appeal. However, after the said divorce, during the pendency of the present appeal, parties started to live happily together and they have one child namely Banreet Kaur, born on 05.04.2022. Parties along with their child are present in the Court and their statements in this regard have been recorded.

In view of the statements made by the parties that they are living happily together, the instant appeal is allowed and judgment and ASHOK KUMAR 2022.11.22 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

FAO-M-54-2014 decree dated 19.12.2013 whereby divorce was granted by Additional District Judge, Bathinda is set aside.
