Petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus for release of payment of `38,28,788/- in lieu of work executed by it for Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 submits that amount in question has already been disbursed to the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana.

At this stage, Mr. Bajaj submits that a meeting shall be held between the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation and Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana and a speaking order shall be passed. If any amount is found due to the petitioner, payment of same shall be released at the earliest, in any case not later than three weeks. Disposed of.
