Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.38 dated 12.03.2023 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga.

Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 month and 18 days and involved in two more cases, however, in the petition it has been stated that there are three more cases against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
