Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the seniority list dated 01.05.2023 (P-5) to the extent that employees junior to the petitioner, i.e. respondent Nos.5 & 6, were shown over and above him in the Seniority List of Assistant Sub Inspectors.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars 3.
