The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 23.10.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, whereby the appeal filed by the respondent under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 was partly allowed and the order dated 12.06.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bathinda under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 was set aside.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition/appeal with better particulars. Permitted to do so. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
