The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS read with Section 528 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.02 dated 14.01.2016 under Sections 307, 326, 323, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar, in the interest of justice. 2.
In compliance of last order i.e. 18.07.2025, the petitioner has deposited Rs.5 lacs as costs with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Lawyer Family Welfare Fund.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced in the Court a copy of the receipt of payment alonwith a copy of order dated 23.07.2025, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jaladhar. The same are taken on record. Learned counsel has submitted that as per directions of this Court, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and on moving an application for bail, he has been admitted to the regular bail after furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.80,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
