  This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.167 dated 23.04.2024, registered under Section(s) 346 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh (Mewat) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh, submits that cancellation report has already been filed on 18.10.2024. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

The parties shall be at liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court in a manner known to law.
