**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing order dated 04.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) qua petitioner to the extent of posting at Faridabad (South) on the post of Taxation Inspector and further writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 29.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) keeping in view medical condition of petitioner and also vacant posts in Districts Sirsa and Fatehabad.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner, Excise & Taxation Department, Haryana, Panchkula, to consider the representation dated 29.08.2019 (Annexure P-3), within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
