This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 3 and 5 to take strict legal action against respondent No.9 with a further prayer to decide the representation dated 10.10.2024 moved by the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 10.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Ambala but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Ambala to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Ambala to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 10.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
