Process fee has not been filed, therefore, notice could not be issued to the respondent. No steps have been taken to serve the respondent. A track record of the appeal shows that no one caused appearance on behalf of the appellant on 5.10.2011, 1.12.2011, 8.5.2013, 26.9.2013, and 2.4.2014 etc. If this is the diligence shown in prosecuting the appeal, then I am afraid the fate of the appeal should be sealed with dismissal for non1prosecution. The appeals are not meant to be filed casually and to be kept pending for years without effective appearances, only to waste the time of this Court. I refrain myself from imposing costs on the appellant for acting in the manner she has.
Dismissed for non1prosecution.
