     HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside the judgment dated 13.08.2021 passed by Sessions Judge, Moga whereby, the appeal of the petitioner seeking enhancement of sentence upon respondents No.1 to 4 has been dismissed and the appeal filed by respondents No.1 to 4 was partly accepted, granting benefit of probation to them. A further prayer has been made for enhancement of punishment as well as fine. On the last date of hearing i.e. 17.11.2022, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite second call. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
