(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing of the letter/order dated 07.06.2017 (Annexure P-4), passed by the respondent-Bank under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') and all subsequent proceedings held by respondents No.2 & 3 in pursuance thereto.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall approach the respondent-Bank at the first instance or take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to her, in accordance with law. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty as prayed for. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner either to approach the respondent-Bank or take recourse to any other alternative remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
